I’ve never seen this symbol before but it keeps popping up in this new pack I downloaded:

That is a weird pack you downloaded, lifts are incredibly rare and are used after a hold generally. You’d have to lift your finger off the key at the moment it passes the receptor. You really shouldn’t encounter them in your day to day play pretty much ever.

That’s legit the first time ive ever seen lifts
seems like a forgotten feature that would’ve helped some osu converts make more sense
please do not put lifts into osu converts
lol I don’t think we have to worry on that front
I’ve used lifts once in a chart and while they are pretty cool in concept, they’re awkward and just better left as mines imo
