Unable to download etterna.exe and other numerous files

I’m having trouble downloading etterna.

It would appear that the installer cannot download etterna.exe and other essential files. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled it countless times but to no avail.

I’ve also downloaded the visual c++ packages. However, it did not solve the problem.

this makes no sense to me unless you have the game opened already and are trying to install on top of it

you can open the installer exe with something like 7zip and that will let you just extract all the files
