what i mean by pacemaker is exactly like the one featured in Staiain’s AGDQ stepmania showcase
is it possible to add that to the etterna client at all? if so, how?

The problem with something like this is that you would need to essentially remod Till Death everytime you got a new update to keep it as it would override all the changes you did to the theme previously. So I would personally wait until it becomes a mainline feature in Till Death.
