. I figured this would be the best place to ask, but does anyone know what is the best spec monitor to run Stepmania/Etterna. My current monitors run 59.9 HZ resolution 1920x1080.
I’ve been playing Stepmania for quite a while and some of the songs get pretty fast lol. Is there a better spec I can buy that makes the notes seem less blurry at high speeds?
It’s not your monitor, but rather your reading ability. It happens when you’re reading an unfamiliar scroll speed, a chart too difficult to play, on a mindblock, or when you’re mentally tired. If you’re new to the game, slow the scroll speed to a point where the notes aren’t as blurry, and then just play easier stuff until the scroll speed is too difficult to read with harder charts.
60 FPS has always been enough for even the best players. But I guess having a a low latency high refresh rate monitor wouldn’t hurt either.
