pack downloads are down right now in the meantime you can get packs from these options: Google Drive with literally all Packs ever StepManiaOnline not up to date but has most of the older packs FlashFlashRevolution has a megathread with major packs EtternaOnlineForums has most of the recent packs #pack-releases on the Etterna Online Discord itgpacks.com has almost all pad packs
